This dress must be returned by mail and will not be accepted in studio.
Be sure to handle these dresses with care. Be extra mindful of makeup, body products and debris, including pet hair, dirt and other foreign fibers. In-stock White Collection dresses must be returned in perfect condition or they will be subject to a restocking fee and in some cases will not be eligible for a refund.

"My original dress was not as expected & I was looking at this dress from the start. I'm so glad I ended up wearing this dress on my wedding day. I got a size small & it fit perfectly. The style was so flattering & it was very comfortable to move around in all night."
"I ordered this dress for my wedding in late May and loved the style of it! I would say that this dress was true to size. I am about 135 pounds and a 32B. I normally wear a size small/ ordered a small and it fit my body well, other than the length and the shoulders. I have ordered a few dresses from this site and this was definitely the most well made of them but you would expect much better quality for the prices that you pay for their dresses. I’ve also gained other experiences from the second dress that I purchased from this site. I love the cut of this dress and the way that it flows but I gave it four stars becauseI did need to have alterations to shorten the shoulders (they were falling off) and I had to shorten the length, but that depends on how tall you are and what kind of heel you will be wearing. I am 5’7 and had a small outdoor wedding. Wearing heels that were about 5 inches the dress still needed to be hemmed a good amount. So for most people I would say that this dress would definitely be too long and will need to be hemmed as well as having the shoulders taken in. There are seams in the dress that are slightly visible in the back, and it wouldn’t necessarily say that the dress is fully see-through. Though, it is not as well made as something you would expect for the price. It was good enough for my photos though and photographed well. Just something to keep in mind if you purchase this dress: you will definitely need to pay for the cost of the dress as well as potential alterations due to the disproportion/ lack in quality in certain areas. I would’ve posted a picture of the dress in this review but unfortunately, the website did not give me the option which is a whole other problem. This website is definitely not preferable and is awful in many ways. It is not up-to-date in its technology or easy to navigate and there is practically no customer support unless you search hard to find it (reaching out to the company via email). In my experience if you have to return or exchange items you’ll more than likely wait months and have to email their customer care team in order to receive a partial refund and pay another shipping charge for the new order In addition to waiting weeks on end. Ultimately, you just lose money if you have any issues with exchanges. Overall, I did like my wedding dress and it was good enough for the photographs I was wanting but it did need work done and ultimately with the other challenges I have faced. I don’t necessarily recommend purchasing through this website/ company unless you have a great idea of what size you need and don’t think you will have any issues with returning the product. For the dress itself, I give four stars For the company and website I give two stars."
"I love this dress so much! It's gorgeous and it fits my body so well. I had to have it altered on the shoulder and hemmed a bit to fit my proportions but I am so happy with it. It's also extremely comfortable. I can't wait to wear it at my wedding."
"Overall, this dress is so so beautiful. I did find you need to have perfect posture to keep the shoulders from slipping down. I’m hoping some fabric tape will also help. The zipper is a bit lower quality than I would have liked, definitely doesn’t feel super sturdy."
"The dress is beautiful. It’s classy and simple - perfect for my courthouse wedding next month! Quality material as well. The only minor thing I don’t love is that you can see the seam of the slip underneath the dress, but it’s not a big deal and I might ask my seamstress to stitch it together a bit. It also has a tiny train which I love. My upper body is smaller compared to my lower body, so I wasn’t sure about sizing initially. I ended up purchasing a medium and it fits PERFECT. I’m 5’6” 160lbs, waist is 29. 5” and I’m not certain of my hip size but I think they’re around 41”-43” Additionally, I wear a 36B bra and there’s not very much extra room (without a bra) so if you’re busty I’m not sure how it would fit"

"I was looking for a simple and timeless dress for my courthouse wedding. I had my eye on this dress when I had my virtual fitting. The sales associate helped me with my measurements to find a size that would fit me. I ordered a large and it fit me perfectly. It’s true to size. I’m 5’6” and 165 lbs. The only alterations I did was to the length and I kept the train. I love the corset-like feature and the ruching around the abdomen. The material was exactly what I was looking for and the zipper worked fine and easy to use. The only thing I wish it had was the little hook on top of the zipper. Also ordered the Hudson full length veil to complete the look."
