Compensation: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience
Park & Fifth’s Technology department is responsible for all technology related aspects of the company, including our retail stores, distribution centre, e-commerce site, production department, and Vancouver head office operations. As a small and growing business the position is open to entry level candidates, with experience preferred. The position will require on-site work up to 5 days a week at our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities

Working in Park & Fifths Technology department to support and develop Park & Fifth’s technology solutions and digital services, including planning to deployment, administration, and maintenance.

Provide onsite hardware and software technical support and troubleshooting for Park & Fifth staff.

Proactively monitor, scale, and propose technology solutions to support Park & Fifth’s continued growth.

Perform installation, management, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure including networking and meeting room hardware.

Maintain asset management catalog of IT hardware and software.

Develop SOP’s and improve documentation of internal systems and processes.
Qualifications

Post secondary education/training or work experience in an IT support or equivalent field preferred.

Strong communication skills and can facilitate cross-functional conversations with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Strong attention to detail with a process mindset and a desire to standardize and automate processes

Ability to work independently, onsite at our Vancouver office

Experience deploying general office networking equipment

Working knowledge of retail and e-commerce systems (Shopify) an asset

Experience with MacOS and Windows devices

Experience with MS Endpoint/Intune

Experience with MDM for MacOS an asset

Experience with REST API integration tools and webhooks an asset

Programming skills in SQL, HTML, or Javascript, considered an asset
